'69 Bus with a Van Go Buick conversion. Stuck in Reverse!

Just got myself into a new project! It is stuck in reverse, shifter moves around but won't engage gears.
Any advice? Here are some pictures:

Most likely you need to adjust the linkage. My manual covers the procedure, but I won't have a chance to dig it out till next week. If you're still stuck, PM me.

Haha how's it going? Think he's good. STILL waiting on a title though, hopefully I can give the thing a facelift and a better life!

Looks like you are getting some good help on TS. I would say pull the nosecone off, but I think you may need to pull the trans to do that. Have you gotten under there to look for anything in the linkage that is broken or loose?

you could always get ahold of the air-cooled guys in town...im sure they could get it figured out
