Okay here it is.

extremely rough on the bottom, but from ten inches from the bottom and to the top is damn near perfect! this bus, if found by a bus hunter wouldve been cut up and scrapped, so few and far between around these parts, its being saved, this will be the official start to a glorious transformation.

notice the ancient shoddy repairs!

few hints of the original color!

the new shop toy makes it easy!

the next step is to weld in bracing to the inside, and completely cut out the floor. Were going to design our own frame, roughly using the guidelines of the original frame but will be much stronger than factory, more soon!

Nice guys! That's not too bad at all, I've seen guys with Bays on the Samba that have fixed worse. The back is rough, but that's a solid find and it will turn out awesome.

Is that an XPR-10A? There was a guy in Belgrade selling one for a really good price. That's easily worth 10000 scene points.
