parting 98 jetta glx
I am tearing down a 98 glx this weekend for my mk2 vr swap. Front left corrner is crunched but every thing else seems pretty straight. If you want any thing let me know asap car should be gone by the end of this weekend

I would assume you are keeping the K-Frame for your swap? What color are the seats?

the door handles are starting to turn white just to warn you. yes im keeping the k frame, but the seats are black leather. the drives seat is pretty worn but the rest of them are good.

Re: parting 98 jetta glx
kinda so-so on the handles if they are turning white, although it is nice to have an extra laying around. What I really need is the ABS module. If you have it I want it. PM me with a price and we will compare part numbers. thanks

MK3 Cruise Modules have an expiration date and they're all expired. I went to the junk yard and found 4 dead ones once.Rennwagen1 wrote:Still got this? Got a Cruise control module? I'll take it if you do,

Yeah, I have heard you can take them apart, somewhere the bently manual tells you how. I just haven't gotten the gumption to tear it apart for about the last 4 years..... plug and play sounds better.
