So is it for sale or something? I had a red '76 '02 and I loved it. I autocrossed the shit out of that thing, and it loved every minute of it. SOld it off in '97. I still smile everytime I see one, though.....

Actually it is. I autocrossed it several times this year. Once in Billings. Most of my time is in North Dakota with the Badlands Chapter. sccabadlands.org.
Asking price is $11,000 but will entertain swaps for whatever. I am mostly an aircooled guy and the bimmer sneaked in under cloak of schnell....

It was originally inka (the salmon color). Stripped to metal and painted "white" I am afraid.

that sucks for the purists, inka is more of a orange color. maybe Verona? easy to get them confused, they come in around 30 different paint colors.

Inka, like this one. Orange.

Prep for racing was first class. Make it light. Make it fast.

Yes i know inka, I thought you said it was originally a salmon color. I have seen Verona faded to a light red/salmon. sure closer to salmon than orange.
I have looked at that Tii, on faq. I love that website, some smart dudes over there.

The faq site seems to have less idiots than many sites, that's for sure! I see you are located east of Hell. How far from Williston is that? With the boom invasion here, many think it can't be far...

I love driving the bimmer, but lust for some track time to let it stretch it's legs. It really is a lot of work on an autocross course.

Having an '02 in this part of the world is like having a pet dragon. Very few have seen one. And some think they are cute...
