WTB: Heineken 24 oz Keg Cans

Post by DynoJetta »

Attention Heineken drinkers out there! I'm in search of some of Heineken's 24oz Keg cans (preferably empty). I'd even be interested in some of the 12oz versions too. Working on a little project and am looking for these. Unfortunately they don't make them anymore, so I'm hoping some of you might have some empty ones lying around.

Did you ever find one of these? I kinda wonder if you have the same idea in mind as me.

I had no luck finding any. I was looking for one so I could make myself a backpacking mess kit. The heineken can was going to be my cooking pot.

I've just settled for a fosters can. If you know anyone with a bead roller, you can make a fosters can just about as good as one of the heineken cans.

Don't they already make aluminum cooking pots for camping? I undestand where you are going with it, but I think I would be going to REI instead.....
