High to Low Level Converter

I'm trying to track down a high to low level converter to add my sub to the factory system in my S4. I know that many of the cheap ones are rated for low wattage, I swapped in an s8 amp that can put out up to 200w. I found this one that would meet my specs, but $149 sure seems pricey.

This doesn't seem like this should be this hard to locate one, does anyone have any recomendations?
