I did a TB alignment for the hell of it and nothing still.

Clear ALL the codes (copy to notepad first) then scan it again. Post the reamining codes. All that matters is the engine module codes.

Well it looks like you have some other stuff that needs fixing as well. e you deleted anything from the car? Looks like you have N75/N249 and coolant temp sensors on the fritz at least.....
