Spent most of my Friday cleaning up the car. Removed the pin stripping on the sides, removed the rock guard film from bumper/rear wells(was pealing off), cleaned up the head lights, buffed the whole car, cleaned and conditioned the interior. I didn't have time to take many pics. I ordered $400 worth of stuff from ECS, tranny service kit, manual, knock sensor, dash light, aux adapter for stereo, couple other miscellaneous cosmetic things. Next weekend=tune up and inspection of mechanical things. What is the best plugs to run in these motors(AWM)????

Went through the ssat. Stub mount is in poor shape, turbo inlet boot has a tear by the air box(under the clamp rtv for now) , one cv boot torn(wasnt torn when i bought it), some suspension rubber is getting dry. I found oil in the intercooler(engine oil level was high) Any thoughts on the oil in the inter cooler??? Did a K&N, cleaned the MAF, new plugs, tried torquing the knock sensor again(first time it didn't clear the fault, so far so good this time), changed the tranny fluid. Replced the antenna.Seems to be running really good now. We're taking it camping this weekend.

Catch can. You'll always find oil in there. :)

Went camping. Tore the plastic belly pan off on a rock. The rock hit the swaybar, no damage to the swaybar. The belly pan is toast. After this I noticed that I hear some hissing under heavy throttle starting around 3k. Seems to run a little rougher than it did before the hit. Possible boost leak??
