I'm told they are taking pictures, but they haven't sent any to me yet. Right now we're working on software. The ECU was sent to VAST who had to replace the APR chip with an OEM one to reflash it with their program, there's another $150, but something I knew might happen. Now it's a matter of logging some runs and sending the results back to VAST for fine tuning of the file. The ECU only has to be reflashed once, and then the file can be emailed and reloaded with a VAG-Com. I'm itching to drive it, but this is one of those projects where it pays to give them the time to get it right. I should have it back next week with pictures to post of the build.

I'd like to hit the car show, but I'm playing it by ear. I usually get distracted by some adventure I wanted to get in before summer ends, but with new toys I migh have to make it this year.

Car is running and driving with no issues. A new shift linkage will be in tomorrow, and they need to send logs back to VAST for fine tuning of the program. Car will be ready next week along with pictures of the build for you guys.
