yea it was that the title was so worn out that you couldn't read any of the info like vin, year, title number, ect ect.

as for parting it out there wasn't any real usable parts. not worth the time/mess to part out such a pos

He probably couldn't get the title transferred to him, so he would have to have the PO submit for a new one. Thats a PITA if you've ever tried it - it have... :thumbsdown: . You could also get a bonded title...apply and have an officer approve it and you have ownership.

yup and the problem here is its not very road worthy. i doubt an officer would let me actually drive this thing.

i dont know about there...but here in WA....if you go to the last registered owner and go to the DOL with them you can do a straight title transfer from them to you. hope that helps
