18's for winters? You must be a baller! Those are indeed my old wheels. I sold them to a guy that used to make sales calls on the restaraunt I worked at. Think they went on his wife's Passat.

Here's a shot right after I got them on. That is Joe's old R32 and another guy (Kevin)'s T-Red R that got t-boned and totalled shortly afterwards. :tear: (Not that day) This was one of the first gtg's after Joe left a card on my window. Think it was '05? Damn I am getting old.

They are RS4 DTM replica wheels by Achtuning. At the time I was told they were the only set available in 18" 5x100 by Morgan, the guy I bought them from. Still one of my favorite wheel designs. Morgan made the custom Rabbit caps himself.

Glad to see they are still out and about! Good score!

And yes winter wheels. The other set I have for it are the TSW's I got from Josh.

Cool man. I can't believe the Sumitomos are still on there. Those things were $99 each from Tire Rack - certainly got their moneys worth out of em. Glad they found their way back to the BSE extended family.

So picked up a set of leather heated seats for the MK4. Time for a little dismantling and cleaning. I'm also got the G60 flywheel installed and waiting on some new pressure plate bolts from ECS. Then back in with the tranny. ImageImageImage

Got the tyranny back in along with a new coolant housing on the back of the head. Now just bolt up the cv's, coolant and put the heated seats in and it's on the road.

The heated seats are such a nice upgrade! Did you pull the factory controls? Is it a plug and play thing? (i.e. are the base models wired for the heated seats?)
