Fender Roller
Wowee, its been a while. I recently picked up another MK3 Jetta and unfortunately between the weather and not having a garage, I haven't touched it aside from a stereo install. I have a list of things to complete come spring and one item from that special list is to roll my fenders. I have some FK highsports that I tore down and rebuilt a month or so ago and I just purchased a set of 15x7, BBS RZs. I plan to run 195/50-15s and a moderate drop, but I'd like to keep things oem+.
Anyhow, does anyone in the western half of the state have a fender roller? Im opting against the baseball bat method out of respect for my new, 16 year old vw. Once its warm enough to not worry about chipping and cracking paint, I'd live to knock this project out.
Thanks for the help!

I've been thinking about doing this as well so if you do find a tool I might be interested as well. Pics of the car? Where are you located?

Im in Missoula. Here's the old and new. The sequia GLX is currently in my parents garage in NH as pictured below. The GLX is a '96 and is in overall, much nicer condition. The TDI has a fair share of paint chips, scratches and clear coat problems which is a bit of a bummer.
Yasha, if you want to check in with your friend in regards to a roller, that'd be sweet.

How have I never seen the sequoia green Jetta in Missoula?! It's like my car with a trunk and better paint
Edit. I learned to read. Why so far away?

Re: Fender Roller
Yeah, I had it here for a few years. I moved out here from NH in 2005 and my folks still live there. I loved having that car out here but it just sat on the street year after year since I never had a garage. Eventually my dad drove it back east with interest in using it as a daily, but he hasn't driven it much. Its just been sitting in their garage. It has about 105,000 on the clock and a little rocker rot. Will be for sale soon.
Re: Fender Roller
Its nearing that time. Anyone in the MSO area with rolling tools and/or skills? Thanks!
