Got the gearbox in finally. Full Time AWD, LSD and center locker on BF ATs in the snow is fun. I had to sacrifice gearing but I think it was a good trade off.

Well........ Gear box was geared way too tall for my setup. Pretty much smoked the clutch and parked and parked this for a while.
Now I'm on my 3rd gear box. Back to the original configuration.
Made some improvements while apart:
Bigger radiator
Redesigned intake for cooler air
Rebuilt drive shaft
New half shafts
New clutch
Improved shift linkage
Healthier dual range gearbox
Built roof basket
Got perm registration and reinstated insurance. Seems happy
I forgot how much fun this thing is. Lotsa smiles and thumbs ups from people 
I now have no broken vehicles or unfinished half finished projects. I can now focus on the bus
