So I had my car ready to drive to billings last Friday when the euro show got canceled. At some point I started a post but I guess I never sent it all the way through so here goes.
A few before and after pictures.

Now.

Got the front end on and all the wiring hooked up. I couldn't get the car to crank with the key. Was very confused till I jumped under the dash and found that I hadn't plugged my clutch cut off switch for the ignition in. With this harness coming out of a different car the connecter for the switch had a plastic plug in it that they use so it doesn't look like the connecter runs to nothing. Got that fixed.
Took my battery off the charger that was on it all night and found out it was only putting out 1.4 volts. It had a bad cell. But I bought a fancy battery a while back and they are giving me a new one fo freeze. Go odyssey!
Then when I finally got it to crank normal I would get not quick spark then nothing. This tends to be a sing of a bad crank position sensor. Luckily for me I just am an idiot and swapped the plugs between that and the front knock sensor.
After that it started right up. I was pretty sure that I was going to eff a bunch of the wiring up pretty bad and it would never run again. Thankfully it only took about an hour from the first time I tried to crank it till it started running!

Got the rear wiper assembly removed. If anyone know where I can get a rust free hatch please please let me know. It's the only rust on my car and looks like poo

This is how she sits at the moment. It's funny to think that I had only planed on replacing the throw out bearing and thought it would take me an afternoon... Over a year later IT LIVES!!!

Thanks guys! I wish billings wasn't so far from Missoula but I still might be willing to make the drive. If we could all meet up in bozo that would be awesome. (Don't we have people there? I assume we do but don't know that I've ever met any) also thanks 201 for the heads up maybe I'll call them tomorrow

So I had about an hour of shop time today so I thought I would get a head start on a bad weekend. Image
I got quite a bit further in an hour than I thought I would. With that in mind my spirits are high for the rest of the tear down tomorrow.
