Thanks!MikeWire wrote:This is awesome. Nice work!
I'm definitely open for criticism if anyone thinks something should be done differently or a better way on anything. I know there's many people here that have built turbo motors.

Day #Ilostcountthishastakentoolong.
Needed to add ports for the diverter valve. Picked up a china special 1" barb at the hardware store for next to nothing.
Step 1 - Cut in half with a hack saw because your air compressor stopped compressing.

Step 2 - Drill a hole in some tube.

Step 3 - Do some grinding.

Step 4 - Weld some metal together. Be very careful you clean parts like this really well before welding them as they usually have a zinc coating on them. Have good ventilation and a fan preferably to blow fumes away. You can get very sick if you inhale them. Yes, I cannot weld thin walled tubing to save my life.

Step 5 - Install thing you made. Fits like a glove.

Final intake piping layout. Much cleaner than originally.

Been working out of town this week, I will see what I can do to get you a couple wiring diagrams this weekend
It's not how fast you go. It's how well you go fast.
Re: Project Rado. NOW WITH VERY MINIMAL PROGRESS!!!
Today I decided to mount the water/meth. I was originally going to hold off on it till everything was running, but had an awesome idea on where to mount it.
Pulled out the welder.

Since I removed the automatic wiring, I now had a nice hole for the water/meth line. It even has a grommet!

Found some scrap metal I had laying around and made a mounting bracket for the reservoir and the pump.

Welded it to my diy strut bar.

Re: Project Rado. NOW WITH VERY MINIMAL PROGRESS!!!
mmm parts.
Had to get a new air filter. With the changed intake piping the filter hit the battery so it had to be an inch shorter. Also grabbed the newish Innovate MTX-L which is really compact with the controller built into the gauge.
