sunroof stuck

my sunroof on my mk4 is stuck it goes back part way but something is blocking it from going all the way. does anyone is billings know how to take this apart to get the thing stopping it out? cause i really don't want to take it somewhere and pay out tha a$$ lol.

ohhhh, sunroofs can be very tricky. When it moves back watch the tracks on each side to make sure that everything in the front is moving correctly, cause that can lead to stuff not working in the back. You might get lucky and it is just something int he switch. You might try finding the emergency crank an dsee if you can get it to go all the way back manually. If it moves all the way back without binding, then start looking at the switch.

where would this manual crank be at would it be in that stupid little box looking thing on my roof cause i think that just pops off anyway.

Instructions should be printed in one of the owners manuals. Mine is behind my front dome light IIRC. I think the crank might have been hiding up there, it looks like an Allen wrench in the shape of an S. Now it's in my glove box. Hope that helps.
