Hyalite trip? The strange thing about the O2 error is that it only comes on with the GIAC ecu, it doesn't come on with the APR ecu or the stock ecu. Next time I get a chance though I'll take a look.

Sounds like your GIAC flash is possibly corrupt? Can you get a re-flash?
