Shift coupler. That's a nice part, the stock is stamped steel bent into a cube. I'm assuming it accepts the OEM rubber bushing too.

What kind of power do you think you'll be getting out of this engine? Looks like a decent amount! And did you ever end up selling the rabbit?

I would guess around 100 hp. But not sure. Yep the Rabbit is gone.

So got the transmission pulled so I can get the shift linkage bushings replaced. Also pulled the front carpet and rubber mat for the first time. Found something I didn't like.
