I found the problem to your oil issues on your VRT Passat.
It just dawned on me... You have your PCV run to the outlet side of your turbo... Creating positive crankcase pressure... It is supposed to be run to the INLET SIDE, just after the MAF... Creating negative crankcase pressure.. Thats your problem.
So basically, when you hit boost, it is pressurizing your crankcase, causing oil to spit out everywhere...
You can either vent it to the inlet side of the turbo, after the maf, or vent it to the atmosphere.
i vented the crank kase and i now no what i have to do to get it to idel right. i have to discharge the bov in to the intake behind the maf and befor the turbo.
i can't spell but if you stare at it long enuff it looks like a hiden vr6
that BOV is not designed to be a recirculating BOV, it is atmospheric, i do not belive that you would be able to recirc with that BOV. You would need a "diverter valve" not a "blow off valve"
