Nice Golf. I'm jealous, I wish I could come up with more MkIIs. Have you found an ass end donopr for my Wolfsburg. I'll post pics tomorrow of my Jetta and see if I can get your opinion on what I should do.

Thanks for bringing that up I always want to ask but forget what cars has CIS engines in them and what cars had digi 2 motors in them. I always forget. It s a year thing or a model thing that determines what type of motor it has.

I've been cleaning it and tidying it up lately now I've just got to get some parts from Aeron and a few others hopefully!
I'm gonna try and sell it in a month.

It's coming along nicely! I've got to throw a fuel pump in it right now or else see why I'm not getting fuel at all.

Tonight I got the seats to adjust freely again.
Cleaned the shit out of the entire exterior of the car.
Removed the roof rack.
Started detailing the interior.

Over the past week I've done a few things too.
Replaced the power steering reservoir.
Removed the two huge dents in the DS fender.
New fuel filter.
New plugs and wires.
Took an hour and a half to get the PS rear door open that was locked and seized shut. (Rusted latch and lock= Suck.)
Cleaned off the glue and buffed it out where the Golf badge used to be.
Replaced the third brake light.
Replaced the clutch cable.
Replaced the interior pieces that were missing.
Installed a deck with new speakers.
Repaired a loose dash vent.

As of right now I've got a couple big things left to do.
Re-tack the headliner up.
Replace fuel pump.
Remove a few more dents.
Finish buffing the car.
Finish detailing the interior.
I also still need to find one of the little black pins that screws into the top of the back seat that you pull in order to put the back seat down. Anyone have one?
