Random Squeaks

I have a couple of squeaks on my wagon that are very random but annoying. And just curious how you reccommend me fixing them.

The first is my sunroof, it happens every so often but when it does it hapopens when ever I close it. It is powered. Is there an sort of lube I can spray in the tracks.

The other is my door hinges, like the sunroof it is random. I know how to fix it but I was wondering what kind of lubricant would you guys reccommend. I know WD-40 is not great and a synthetic lubricant is better.

I would look into a white lithium grease or something similar...

Ok thanks I'll try to get some. How do I spray it in my sunroof. The sunroof is really squeaky now, and iut even stopped opeing half way through today.
