i was in contact with Gary tucker on Wednesday last week, he had owned the car sense it was only a few years old and had 30k on it
he told me that
he sold the car in late 99'
the person he sold it to put about 200 miles on it before he couldn't make it run
motor was rebuilt about 80k ago
transmission was replaced 20k ago ( if i was to keep it i would swap it to a 5 speed)
injector pump was rebuilt 50k ago
Slam this car or use it as a driver
$3000 obo, might take trade for a mk2 gli, or mk3 glx, might even go for another mk2 coupe if its nice
or if anyone would like to part with there mk4 1.8t 5 speed i would throw in my mk1 coupe diesel
