Hey Everyone. I don't know if anyone has experienced these problems. I have a question about ice build up in the front bumper lip. Is there a way to install some sort of a skid plate to where I can eliminate the ice building in my lip. It is pushing it out. Right now it is not that big of a deal because it is a stock lip but I want to put a GLI front bumper and lip on and I don't want the ice to wreck it. Any thoughts ideas?
Also does anyone spray anything to keep their doors from freezing shut. This past week we had some colder temps and both of my rear doors froze shut. The moisture collects in the top and the door freezes. I'm worried I'll rip the doors a aprt some time. Thoughts Ideas thanks.

Re: Ice Issues
Silicone spray works well for almost all of that. Just spray it on your bumper/lip, and wipe the door rubber with a microfiber sprayed with it, and most of it should go away. I wouldn't use it in the locks, but graphite seems to work well when used sparingly. Maybe others have some tips too.

Thank you. I think I even bought silicone spray. Would it work in the wheel wells too?
