Understand this, it's about making the event self reliant.
The entry fee will go up next year a little bit to cover all of the costs. (Yes, it does cost a lot to host this.)
Sponsors will cover some, but no one will sponsor such a small event.

The goal is to not have to ask for donations from anyone, but for the money to come directly from the small entry fee.

Also, Brandon, here's a ballpark price break down (Annually):
Website $70
Park Reservations $100
Sticker $35+
Flyers $100
Food $200+

At that rate, if a person attends the BBQ, and the cruise, and pays both fees, he will only be paying $12.00 for the weekend.
We need 41ish PAYING people to attend the event to be able to break even.

Raffle stuff i can understand, small miniscule things like keychaines, were meant to be be give-away donations from MIG. ill see if i can get something donated (raffle-worthy) from MIG. i can feel better knowing that raffles helped raise the moneys. ill get to work on a donation now.

I have a bone creeper and I love it! I have never seen the tailbone creeper, however, hmmmm.....
