A couple of friends and i have a project idea.1st. we have a 85 gti shell (after i pull my new motor).2nd. we have a 85 maserati bi turbo with 40k on the clock.We are thinking a rear wheel drive v6 bi turbo gti :laughing: I will keep you all informed when we start and pics.

Which biturbo is it? Some of them were carbuerated pigs. 180 hp out of turbocharged v6 was sad even for 1985, then you added in the weight of the maserati. I bet you a stock GTI would have embarassed it easily.

what kinda turbos were you gonna use? stock or something a bit bigger....:)
