FOR SALE! E34 BMW (5-series) 5spd

Hey there guys and gals I got a great deal for you!

My father and I are trying to get some cash pretty quickly. We're selling our project car
It's a 1992 BMW 525i with the M50 6 cylinder motor.
It runs great. It's a 5 speed RWD.
I've gone through and redid all the leather on the interior. This includes: front and rear seats, all four door panels, and the shifter boot. I was going to redo the headliner (sagging) but haven't got to it
I've gone through the engine bay and cleaned it up.
It has a K&N cold air intake (original intake is included if you don't like CAIs)
Resprayed the valve cover, intake manifold, and cooling fan.
Polished up the fuel rail and put new o'rings on the injectors.
New NGK platinum spark plugs.
Replaced coolant sensor.
Replaced valve cover gasket, valve cover breather tube, misc. vacuum lines.
Repaired power steering leak.
Have a really nice replacement dual tip OEM style muffler, current one has bent tips.
I put new 5 spoke 17" OEM style wheels with BMW center caps.
The rims have brand new Primewell PZ900 tires.
I've pulled all the exterior trim including grille and have resprayed it Euro black.
I purchased new Halo style headlights. These look SO good on the older BMWs.
Haven't installed the headlights and the resprayed trim pieces yet because I was plaining on respraying it matte green.
The body has no dents.
Since all this has been done it's been sitting in our shop.
Cons...
Sunroof has small rust. Paint is faded here and there.
Brakes need some new rotors and pads. Idle fluctuates when MAF is plugged in. I cleaned out the ICV but didn't help. Mountain Imports thinks it needs a new MAF sensor. Right now I have it unplugged and it runs well.
My father and I have priced it to sell at $3000 which is close to what we have put into it.

Yeah they are fantastic!
She has around 148K on her.
I also have some fresh oil, oil filter, and oil pan gasket sitting around for it.
